The cost remains unchanged at £10 for existing Everton season ticket holders and at £15 for non-season ticket holders.
Please download and complete the 2013/2014 membership form (Adobe format) and post complete with remittance to the address detailed within the form. A Microsoft Word format membership form is available too.
We would like to receive completed forms by 16th August 2013 to allow us to plan and provision appropriately sized transport.
